Your satisfaction with Obagi® products is very important to us and we strive to provide you with only the best product and purchase experience. You should note that this Return Policy applies only if you have purchased your product from Obagi.com.my. If you have purchased a product at a physician’s office, you should check with the physician about their return policy, which will apply to your purchase.
Purchases made through this Site, have the option of returning any unused/unopened product for a refund within 30 days of the shipment date stated on the invoice.
In the event that you have not yet paid for the product, you can cancel your order(s) at any time. However, if payment has been completed, you must notify us of your intentions to cancel your order through our chat either from the Site or our official social medias. For orders that are already in the process of delivery, they cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Any promotions or discounts applied to canceled orders will not be reinstated.
When you have received your order, please inspect the product immediately. For any defects, damages or wrong/missing items from your order, please notify our customer service representatives within 7 days of receiving the products via the chat on the Site or our official social medias, or by email.
For orders with free gifts or any other complimentary items that are defective, damaged or is wrong/missing from order, we reserve the right to exchange the free gift or complimentary item with a new one of the same product or another product of equivalent value.
For change of mind, or any reason other than those listed in the previous section above, we reserve the right to consider accepting the return of said product(s). The conditions for acceptance of such returns are that (1) you must notify our customer service representatives within 7 days after receiving the product(s). (2) The product(s) must not have been opened/unpacked/used. Product(s) should still be in untouched and sellable condition and (3) if there are free gifts, gift boxes or any other additional items as part of the order, all must still be complete and in the original condition. The shipping costs for return of these product(s) will be borne by you (the customer).
Once the item(s) is received, you will receive a Return Confirmation email.

Items received more than 30 days after purchase date or that have been opened/used may not be returned.
Items purchased in a skin care professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
